Course Description
Natural Migraine Management is an evidence-informed course designed to help health and wellness coaches better understand migraine and support clients who experience this complex neurological condition. Participants will learn about the biology of migraine, the phases and stages of a migraine attack, and the role that nutrition and nutraceuticals may play in supporting overall wellness. The course explores key concepts such as bioaccessibility, bioavailability, safety considerations, and the evaluation of scientific evidence related to dietary supplements. Learners will review commonly used vitamins, minerals, and botanical ingredients that have been studied in migraine populations, including approaches used during both the symptom-free and symptomatic phases of migraine.
